By participating in the FioreFrame experience, you join us in a pact to honor art, empower creators, and protect the memories we share.

By accessing or using our floral photo frame service (the "Service"), you agree to this Community Agreement and our Privacy Philosophy. This is the foundation of our journey together.

The Curation Process and Our "Artistic Heart"

Important Acknowledgment: Our creation process is unique. When you place an order, you enter a curated ecosystem powered by our "Artistic Heart"—an ethical AI designed to facilitate a perfect match between your memory and an artisan from our global community.

This system operates on principles of merit and artistic alignment, ensuring fairness for artisans and the highest quality for you. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to this innovative and human-centric manufacturing approach.

The Journey of Your Order

From your screen to an artisan's home, every order follows a thoughtful path:

The Curation Queue

  • Upon submission, your order enters our curation queue for content and artistic review.
  • Our "Artistic Heart" (AI) analyzes the artistic personality of your photos to identify the most suitable artisans.
  • Assigned artisans can accept or decline projects based on their creative alignment. This choice ensures passionate creation.
  • If a project is declined, it thoughtfully re-enters the queue to find its perfect match, maintaining fairness and quality.

Payment and Confirmation

Once your order is accepted by an artisan, a 48-72 hour payment window opens. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled to keep the queue fair for everyone.

Our 3D preview is a wonderful tool for composition, but it is a digital sketch of a physical masterpiece. Please understand:

Why the Real Frame is Richer than the Preview

The magic of multi-layer acrylic—how it refracts light and creates tangible depth—cannot be fully simulated on a screen.

Each frame is handcrafted by an individual artisan, carrying unique, subtle characteristics that make it a one-of-a-kind piece of art.

By ordering, you embrace the beauty of this handcrafted reality, acknowledging that it will differ from, and transcend, the digital preview.

Our Community Content Guidelines

To maintain a respectful and creative space, we do not accept photos that contain hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or sexually explicit content. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to use it.

Intellectual Property: Yours and Ours

Understanding intellectual property rights is crucial for our community. Here's how we handle ownership and usage rights:

Your Memories Remain Yours

  • You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos.
  • You grant us a temporary license solely to create your frame.
  • Photos are permanently deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery, unless you explicitly opt-in to our Artistic Heritage program.

Our Artistic Designs

  • All frame designs, software, and site content are the property of FioreFrame.
  • They are for your personal use within our Service and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in good-faith communication. If an issue arises, please contact our support team first through our ticket system. We are committed to finding a fair and respectful resolution.
